Green Chutney | Hari Chutney

Green chutney or Hari chutney is a spicy accompaniment used in Indian dishes and chaats such as bhel puri, sev puri, papdi chaat etc together with meethi chatni which is made out of imli, dates and jaggery. This chutney is made grinding together some coriander, mint leaves, ginger and green chillies. Being an essential part of Indian Cuisine, this chutney can also be served with tikka’s, paratha’s and also used in sandwich’s.

Papdi | Puri | Puri for Sev Puri

Papdis are crisp flat puris used in Indian Chaats. Its a versatile snack that can be eaten for Sev Puri, Bhel Puri and it even tastes good as is. One can also say papdi are crisp and flaky Indian crackers. I never thought it would be so easy to make this at home, but trust me once you have everything in place the end result is worth the efforts.
