Red Hot Chicken Wings the name says it all!!! It’s hot, it’s spicy and and has a wonderful inviting colour. Chicken Wings can be prepared in many ways. After my Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings with Crispy Parsley I decided to not go the baked way instead deep fry and toss these wings in chilli garlic sauce.
This chilli garlic sauce is a packed one I picked up from the stores and I use this for my starters and even for rice and noodles. This gives such a wonderful colour to the wings that I didn’t find the need to add any food colouring to this. It has a pungent taste and a strong flavor of garlic and when you add this to the heat….the aroma though….its just irresistible. I didn’t mind biting onto a wing while cooking this, but I held myself back and was patient to wait for lunch time.
