Chocolate Overload Dessert

The only thing better than a Chocolate Dessert is a Chocolate Overload Dessert! This rich and delicious dessert might just be the best chocolate overload you’ll ever make! It’s an Instant dessert and absolutely No Bake..!! I call this a Chocolate Overload Cake because every bite of it makes me feel I’m relishing a chocolate cake and you can always get your kids to help you set this dessert. After all kids never say no to chocolates..!!!

Every time I’ve made it for friends and visitors they have been desperate to have the recipe and make it themselves. But until now, I have never disclosed my secret… I have given it a little twist of adding hazelnut spread, compared to my previous recipe that calls only for chocolate spread or nutella.

I prefer home made one’s using all purpose flour. I have always had my version of the Enchilada Sauce which is a perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

Enchiladas is a delicious Mexican Dish where corn tortillas are stuffed and rolled with a filling and topped with savoury, spicy or sweet sauce of choice. These days there are many variations of this dish and can be prepared with seasonings and flavours per one’s choice.

Peri Peri Paneer with Sesame Crunch

Peri Peri Paneer with Sesame Crunch is a quick and wonderful starter you can serve with lunch or dinner or also enjoy it as a snack.

This recipe calls for soft and fresh paneer marinated with some seasonings and tossed in some oil or butter. To give this an extra crunch, I have coated paneer cubes with roasted seasoned sesame which takes this dish to another level.
