Pudding for me has always been something milky, rich and creamy till I realized how innovative one could get and make a healthier version too 😃
I’ve always had puddings of various flavours made of custard powder🍮 dissolved and mixed with milk, boiled till it thickens and further chilled till it sets well. My favourite one has always been butter scotch.
Lately, I’d stocked up various flavours of Greek Yogurt and got my hands on some berries, mixed up these well together with some chia and voila, I had a yummilicious Very Berry Chia Pudding ready with the same creamy rich texture and a healthier one of course. It’s not gooey or custard-y like the one I’ve been eating, but, it’s definitely more creamier!!
